How are my tickets transferred to QuickAsyst?
In our QuickAsyst app, there is a button next to each event that says ‘’List.’’ Upon clicking, you will be taken to your account manager’s ticket log-in screen after entering in your section, row, and seat numbers. From there, you will transfer us the tickets to QA@quickasyst.com just like if you were transferring them to a friend.
Why do my tickets need to be transferred to QuickAsyst?
At QuickAsyst, we never list tickets for resale on secondary platforms until we have secured them from clients who want to sell. This guarantees a seamless and reliable fulfillment experience for buyers. It also significantly reduces risk for the seller, the buyer, and our team by eliminating speculative listings (i.e., posting ticket listings without actually possessing the tickets). Therefore, we only post tickets we actually have in hand.
Do you support the resale of single-game tickets?
Absolutely! We support the resale of both single-game tickets and season tickets. Consider us your one-stop shop for selling ALL tickets.

Will I receive a 1099-K form for tickets I sell through QuickAsyst?
Yes, similar to selling tickets manually on major platforms, QuickAsyst issues a 1099-K for ticket sales that exceed $600 in a year.

When filling out your 1099-K form, utilize our “Track Screen” to view all of your transactions in one place—making the process easier!
Why do I have to provide a SSN number to receive payment?
This is standard practice for all major ticket marketplaces. QuickAsyst is legally obligated to comply with IRS regulations for issuing necessary tax documents, such as a 1099-K for ticket sales that exceed $600 in a calendar year.
